Studio Self Contained Twin Unit (Unit 8)

Cozy room with beds made up and towels supplied, complimentary tea/coffee, mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric jug toaster, crockery and cutlery.  Pots and pans are available from office to use in communal kitchen.  Table and chairs heater and TV  Free BBQ outside the units, two outdoor chairs on veranda.
This unit is not a serviced daily will be fully serviced on 7th day if a long stay Towels can be exchanged at the office at no extra charge ( A daily service can be requested at an additional charge)

Maximum occupancy: 2 person/s
Bedding configuration: Two single beds

Studio Self Contained Double Unit (Unit 9)

Cozy room with bed made up and towels supplied. Complimentary tea/coffee. Mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric jug, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Pots and pans available from office to use in communal kitchen. Table and chairs, heater and TV. Free BBQ outside the units outdoor chairs on veranda.
This unit is not serviced daily, will be fully servived on 7th day if long stay. Towels can be exchanged at the office at no xtra charge.
(A daily serviced can be requested at an additional charge)

One Bedroom Self Contained Unit (Unit 10)

Queen Bed with an electric blanket, in living area, with Futon fold out sofa, that can be used as an extra double bed. Two single beds in the bedroom, TV, table and chairs, all beds made up with linen and towels included  Kitchen with gas hob, electric frying pan, microwave, electric jug, toaster, fridge, crockery, cutlery and pots. Complimentary tea and coffee. All wheelchair accessible.
This unit is not serviced daily, but will be fully serviced on 7th day, if long stay. Towels can be exchanged at the office at no extra charge. ( A daily service can be requested at an additional charge).

Maximum occupancy: 6 person/s
Bedding configuration: Queen bed in living area with futon sofa that can be used as an extra bed. Two single beds in the bedroom.

Self Contained Unit (Unit 11)

Double bed and a single bed in same room. Electric blankets. Both beds made up with linen and towels included, two armchairs, TV, table and chairs.
Kitchen includes microwave, electric jug, toaster, fridge, plug in double hot plate, crockery, cutlery and pots. Complimentary tea and coffee included, Ensuite, Outdoor table and chairs. Situated in a quiet  sunny, area

Large Studio Self Contained Unit (Unit 1,2,3)

These three new stand alone units were completed mid November 2010.

All units have outdoor table and chairs on the verandah, that overlook the picturesque park, set among huge specimen trees.

Unit 1: Three single beds with electric blankets

Unit 2: King Bed with an electric blanket that can be made into twin beds on prior arrangement, plus a single bed

Unit 3: Queen bed with an electric blanket and a two seater leather sofa

All units come complete with all linen (beds made up), ensuite, mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, electric jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery and pots that can be used in the communal kitchen.Table and chairs, heater , flat screen TV. Reading lights above the beds clock radio.  This unit is not servived but can be fully serviced on the 7th day if a long stay. Towels can be exchanged at the office at no extra charge. (a daily service can be requested the night before at an additional charge)
